We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Service prices are listed on our booking page and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash and major credit cards. Gratuities are appreciated but not required.

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your session. Our services are for relaxation and wellness purposes and are not a substitute for medical care.

WanWan Spa is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our website or services beyond what is required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the effective date below.
